Our services are however just a first step in order to start the turnaround process. We are regularly in touch with different turnaround professionals that are specialized in different situations and industries. This way we can find the right turnaround manager for the right situation in a timely manner.
Crisis Counseling
The Turnaround Management Society offers free counseling for companies in trouble. Your service is free of charge, discreet and its only goal is to serve and help you in a difficult situation.
During the free counseling we will try understand your situation, establish a comfortable and trustworthy atmosphere for the conversation and provide you with independent advice on how to handle difficult situations, provide you with helpful contacts for the situation that you are in and advise you on your next steps. Often these meetings can be arranged within hours worldwide.
Even though the Turnaround Management Society itself is not actively engaging in turnaround projects we do, if the troubled company or a stakeholder wishes stay as a guide throughout the turnaround process. We can serve as mediators, counsels and consultants to specific situations.
We also provide you with a full range of all necessary contacts that you need. To all of our contacts we have personal relationships that are built on discretion, integrity and trust, everything you need to handle a special situation.

Monitoring Service
Our monitoring service is for companies that are in a turnaround process with a turnaround management team that leads the turnaround. As a consulting partner during the turnaround process, the TMS does not actively interfere with the turnaround process; we simply monitor what is going on and provide advice to the owners or the turnaround management team if asked for.
The Turnaround Management Society functions as a bystander and competent partner if needed without an active involvement. The benefit for the turnaround management team is access to advice, experience and resources from other turnaround professionals on specific topics.
To company owners or the board we provide feedback to questions that come up along the turnaround process and we can function as an independent intermediary during discussions and meetings.
